The size limit in the email server does not allow the email to be sent. Increase the size limit in the email server. This error message usually appears when a messages is too large or it exceeds the recipient's mailbox limit. If you are using a Microsoft account in your Windows Live Mail, I suggest you check the amount of space that you’ve used to make sure that you still have enough space to accommodate incoming emails. 1. Sign in to your Hotmail account and go to Inbox.
2. Move your cursor over the Folders link in the left pane.
3. Click the Gear Icon that will appear.
4. Select Manage folders.
